You may exchange full priced merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, original tags attached) within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange an item, simply contact us at email@example.com to request an exchange. Once we receive the item back to our warehouse, we will ship out the new item. If we cannot find a replacement at that time, we will issue you a credit memo to be used on future purchases on this web shop.We only accept exchanges for items that were purchased via this website.
